Choice makers might be  executives, teachers and principals,  managers, legislators,  community leaders all share choice maker abilities. In common, thinking styles we argue, are a production of  3 domains: the cognitive, the  individual, and the social domains.

Research located distinct thinking styles among diverse personnel. The CEOs, executive, judicial, leaders, legislators, senators and school personnel. Diverse linguistic terminology and words are also used differently amongst the groups. Even although each and every category have its own thinking style, and its own linguistic terminology varieties, they  all are interested to collect the necessary  data for decision producing in their day-to-day jobs. In this post we clarify the abilities needed and the terms used to collect information for the choice generating purpose. In this portion we deal with Executive officers,  and CEOs.

Executives and CEOs as leaders,   normally use the linguistic terms or words which mostly successful to collect information for decision making purposes. These terms, are Who? When? What, And How?  For example: they ask about who said?  who did?  when they did it? what they did? and how they did it? They typically ask question or ask for briefing data, like, you stated that …… What do you mean by or Does this mean ……? Or indicates ……..what? They are interested to know a lot more about describing actual scenarios in order to recognize what happened, in order to solve the problem posed by the circumstance or the difficulty. In any case of leadership many skills are needed?

 They have certain abilities like capacity to analyze, to summarize, and to synthesize.  In the case of Chief Executive Officers (CEOs), and managers they are interested in analysis by means of the following questions: Who said? Who brought the info? What agency contributed to disseminate the info in this way? In addition, other qualities are required. To summarize… What precisely in couple of words was the dilemma? Synthesize the concepts or the opponents of this kind of information? Who did? Names are essential, for that reason, who caused the difficulty?
